A French door opens out to the West Wing swimming pool from the living room, which contains a sofa, chairs and TV/VCR. A separate bedroom includes a king size bed, TV/VCR, CD clock radio, ceiling fan and individually controlled central air conditioning and heating. The full size eat-in kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, sink and a table and chairs.
